Who it's for
For owners: clients, ad accounts, the team and tasks in one place, with separate access for every client. The AI agents take over reports, reminders and the first round of creative feedback.
You work alone with several clients. The agents prepare your account alerts, creatives and campaign drafts, without you hiring a team.
No agency? You get angle suggestions, video and static ads based on ads that worked, plus the campaign prepared and paused. You review it and launch it yourself.

How the agents know what works
The creative and research agents work from our library of ads validated on real accounts and from our competitor research method, where every analyzed ad gets an angle and a verdict: proven in the market, or a new angle to test. Suggestions for video, static ads and copy start from there.
Coming soonAI agents
Each agent has one job and does it by your team's rules. The agents propose, prepare and give the first round of feedback. They don't publish or send anything out without a human's approval.
Builds the campaign from the brief directly in the Meta ad account, as a paused draft.
Coming soonMakes video ads from the client's real footage, in the formats ads need.
Coming soonMakes static ads from templates that performed, with correctly written text, Romanian diacritics included.
Coming soonThe first round of feedback for editors and designers, based on the team's rubric. If the work is good, they just say “OK”.
In testingAnalyzes competitors' ads, finds the angles you are not using yet and turns them into a production plan.
Coming soonWrites hooks, scripts and ad copy, checked automatically against medical advertising rules.
Coming soonAssembles landing pages from compliant blocks, as a preview. A human publishes them.
Coming soonWatches the ad accounts and posts the alert summary to the chat at 09:00 on weekdays.
In testingAutomatically sends the lesson of the day and reminders for tasks that are close to their deadline.
AvailablePulls tasks and decisions out of a meeting transcript, as proposals to approve.
In testingAnswers the team's questions by quoting the procedure from the handbook. If it can't find one, it says so.
AvailableCalls leads who separately opted in to automated calls, books the appointment and hands over to the front desk when a human is needed.
Coming soonMeta campaigns from the platform
The campaign agent builds the full structure directly in the client's ad account: the campaign, the ad sets and the ads. Everything arrives paused. You review it and launch it from Ads Manager.
Coming soonThe ground rule
The agents build, propose and give feedback. Launching a campaign, changing a budget or sending a message on your behalf always goes through a human.
Modules
Instead of a task tool, Slack, a password manager and ten spreadsheets, everything starts from the client. Whoever is on the client's team sees the client. Remove them and they lose access on their next click.
A board by person and a calendar. Whoever is assigned a task can't close it themselves: someone else reviews it.
Real-time channels, like Slack, with @mentions, unread counts and notifications. The alerts channel is read-only, and only admins post in the announcements channel.
Every Academy lesson approved by a mentor earns points, using a public formula: the level the mentor gives and how punctually it was submitted. A weekly leaderboard shows the top 3 and everyone's own rank.
Rewards for the most active, no cash prizes: Coming soon
Dedicated bots per client, for your team, working from each client's profile and rules, plus WhatsApp messages on approved templates, only to leads who gave their consent.
For the team, Oana already answers from the handbook.
Every client's funnel, from “needs a call” to “showed up”. The front desk sees only its own leads and gets an alert when a lead goes uncalled. Contact details are encrypted.
Spend, KPIs and pacing against budget for every Meta ad account, with 12 alert thresholds: cost per result, link CTR, frequency, hook rate and more.
Runs on test data until Meta access is connected.
Client passwords are stored encrypted. Only the admin can see them, after confirming with a code from the authenticator app, and every reveal is logged.

It is a screening filter, not legal advice.
A 12-week program for new media buyers and copywriters: one lesson per working day, one deliverable, mentor feedback and watermarked video.
Automations
What used to need someone to remember now starts on its own at the right time.
Roles and security
Access rules live in the database, not just on the screen. A role without permission never receives the data at all.
Status
We are building the platform on our own accounts before opening it to others. Here is the exact list.
We open access in waves: agencies and freelancers first, then businesses that run their own ads. If you want to check together whether it's a fit, request a call on cumfacem.ro.
